Theology

As stated elsewhere on the SPOKE site we believe God has given us the best window into His character and heart in His Son Jesus. “Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father!”  (John xiv.9) is an audacious claim. Elsewhere in the Gospel, John the Evangelist has already stated that “No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.: (John i.18).

Thus, as all things were created in Christ, through Christ and for Christ (Col. ii.) we at SPOKE will ground our theological studies in Logos, the Son. He will be our beginning, our means and our end in our exploration.

Of course we do not do with and ignore the Father or the Holy Spirit
